Audi will introduce electrified 4 models in 2019: 3 plug-in hybrid — Q5 e-tron, the A7 e-tron, A8 L e-tron and electric e-tron Sportback

Audi presented a road map for your releases in 2019, divided into 4 quarters with the release of a total of 18 new vehicles.

Within the group of electrified models, the company plans to introduce 4 new cars. It is worth noting that in the 1st quarter of the production will be launched, already officially presented, the most anticipated model of the brand Audi e-tron quattro.

The next group of electrified models the company will introduce in the second half of 2019. In Q3, Audi will start production of the 2 plug-in-hybrid models: Audi Q5 e-tron and the Audi A7 e-tron. At the moment the exact specifications of connected cars is unknown, but according to preliminary information, each of them will be able to provide 50 miles of range in pure electric mode and will get a high performance fuel assemblies.

Next in line is an electrified model, the company will enter the market in the 4th quarter. It will be a plug-in hybrid version of premium sedan Audi A8 L e-tron, which in addition to the hybrid powertrain will receive the Autonomous control system of 3 levels.

Final production debut of the company in 2019 should become a pure electric Audi e-tron Sportback, a concept which needs to be shown in March at the Geneva motor show. The characteristics of the electric vehicle for today it is known only that the mission will be largely similar to the crossover e-tron quattro.
