On the Dutch website Autoweek says that Audi CEO Bram Shot confirmed that the company indeed intends to release a high-performance electric sports car PB18 e-tron, but in a limited series. Plans to build only 50 units, but so far little is known about the electric car.
Exclusive and technically exciting electric vehicle was presented few months ago at the Pebble Beach Automotive Week in Monterey, California as studies using solid-state battery with a capacity of 95 kWh. Audi has developed its electric sports car in Malibu, California. It aims to outperform the design of the future. PB18 Audi e-tron had a solid battery and three electric motors that can develop power up to 570 kW with a torque of 830 N⋅m. This enabled electric sports car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in little more than two seconds.
As you know, Audi is planning to produce more than 15 electrified models by 2025.
