Three years later, Elon Musk announced the completion of the referral program at the end of this month. Tesla first launched the referral program in 2015 with the aim of encouraging customers to promote electric vehicles of the company.
Over the years, the program underwent several modifications. In the framework of the referral program, customers receive a variety of prizes (including invitations to the event Tesla and sending photos of the owner of the electric vehicle into orbit), as well as free charging stations Supercharger.
Now CEO Elon Musk has warned that the program ends February 1 and the buyers have until the end of the month to use a referral code to get 6 months free access to the Supercharger network.
The Tesla customer referral program will end on Feb 1. If you want to refer a friend to buy a Tesla & give them 6 months of free Supercharging, please do so before then.

The current referral program allow Tesla owners to provide new buyers of the Model S, Model X and Model 3 when there is a referral code semi-annual free charging stations Supercharger.
Note that this referral program has been extended until March 11, so this decision was a complete surprise for the customers.
